Dr. Steven L. Mandell

Dr. Mandell has 5 University degrees including a Doctorate in International Business and Information Technology from George Washington University, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo, an MBA from the Wharton School in International Finance, and a Chemical Engineering degree from Lehigh University.
Dr. Mandell was a Professor at Bowling Green State University for ten years and has been a senior executive with several publicly traded international consulting firms and the CEO of a Fortune 500 subsidiary with over 4000 employees. Dr. Mandell was also a partner with the law firm Marshall and Melhorn representing major clients in technology and wrote the first treatise on computer law for West Publishing Company. In addition, he is also the author of over one hundred academic textbooks on technology and business with more than ten million copies in print.

Justin is responsible for all Technical, Engineering, and Operations matters at RIS. He was one of thee original founders of Air Innovation Resources and acted as the Senior Executive responsible for technology and engineering. Justin is a graduate of Lehigh University with a degree in Computer Engineering.
Justin has held several senior positions with digital media corporations including Bluefin Media and Little Things, where he was responsible for over $30 million dollars of paid advertising. In addition, he has worked with sensor technology for over five years and was responsible for the successful implementation of commercial monitors in dialysis clinics, casinos, banks, schools, and other commercial complexes.
Zachary Mandell

Zachary is responsible for maintaining the quality of the work provided to RIS clients on a day to basis while also developing new business partnerships to help the company grow. He has been involved with offshore project management for over 20 years with projects including building search engines, AI development, and coding projects as well as complete back office support solutions.
He received his undergraduate and MBA degrees from The George Washington University.
Zachary was the Senior Vice President with Bluefin Media responsible for digital advertising and traffic generation as well as the Director of Digital Marketing for several corporations. He has worked closely in setting up the Image Analysis and Analytics center in Coimbatore, India.

James is responsible for cultivating new business opportunities with future RIS clients. He first began leveraging offshore work in a freelance environment when he operated as a 3rd party drafting/modeling company in college.
He received his undergrad and masters in engineering from the University of Akron.
